Effects
Ominous Wind deals damage and has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by one stage each.
Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Ghostium Z and uses its Z-Power, Ominous Wind turns into Never-Ending Nightmare and has base power 120.
