What are the dimensions of player sprites, especially in Gen 4 and 5?

I would like to know the size of the player trainer sprites we see when walking in the game, mainly the gen 4 or 5 ones, please. Also if you know a place where I can download the sprites separatedly and not the sprite sheet, I would rly appreciate it. Thanks!

Each character has a lot of sprites. Should we figure out some way to automatically slice the spritesheets into frames and count the dimensions of each frame?
