Can you use the Poké Radar to find hidden ability Pokemon in X and Y?

Question

I've been trying to get a Heatmor with its hidden ability in Pokemon X to transfer to my gen 7 games. I know getting a Heatmor with its hidden ability is possible in X and Y but I'm not 100% sure how. I know you can do so via horde encounter on Route 18, but I tried that for a few hours without encountering a single Durant horde with a Heatmor in it.

I know you can use the Poké Radar in BDSP to get hidden ability Pokemon, so I just kind of assumed the same could be done in X and Y. I decided to give that a try and found it to be a lot easier to find Heatmor via Poké Radar, but I've been going at it for three days straight and still haven't found one with its hidden ability. Do I simply need to keep trying or have I just been wasting my time?

I tried looking this up myself, but I haven't been able to find anything definitive so I'm at a loss.

I'm inclined to say no, on account of the Poke Radar not being listed under https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hidden_Ability#Generation_VI

No.

Hidden Abilities are found in some Pokémon from Friend Safari's and Hordes.

None of the sources I checked (Serebii, Bulbapedia etc.) said anything about Hidden Abilities in PokeRadar Pokémon in X/Y, so that probably means that there are no Hidden Ability Pokémon when using it.
This source does not mention anything about PokeRadar too. Your best chances are Friend Safari's and Hordes.

I wouldn’t be so sure. In BDSP, it seems you can find Hidden Abilities via PokéRadar, so who knows?

but that's for BDSP, not for X/Y. if HA Pokemon could've been found in PokeRadar spawns then they would've just listed it.

Thanks; that'll be good to know for future reference. Also just as an update, I went ahead and tried horde hunting again and found a Durant horde with a Heatmor within ten or so minutes, so I guess I was just getting unlucky before. Jeez, I really was wasting my time; that's several hours of my life I'm never getting back!
