What are some good Pokemon for catching Latios in Brilliant Diamond?

I'm planning to shiny hunt Latios, so I need some good Pokemon to go up against it. Latios comes at level 70 with the moves Dragon Dance, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Pulse, and Luster Purge.

Things I'm looking for are:
- Mon/mons with False Swipe and an Attack raising/defense lowering move like Screech or Swords Dance
- A status inducing move to cause Paralysis/Sleep
- Something that can survive/deal with boosted Zen Headbutts as well as sponge special hits (a Dark type would probably be the most ideal for this).
- Something that can be found/obtainable in SWSH/SV. This isn't necessary, but it helps a lot with quickly leveling Pokemon, due to EXP Candies. However, all the moves have to be obtained in Brilliant Diamond, as transferring through Home won't keep the movesets from other games.

Any help will be much appreciated!

The best choice I could find is Absol. In BDSP, it has access to False Swipe, Thunder Wave, and Swords Dance. Powered Zen Headbutts will do nothing to it with its natural Dark typing. Absol can also be found in Sword / Shield. Strangely enough, I can’t find a Pokédex number for Absol in BDSP, but everything else is telling me it’s catchable in BDSP , or at least transferable.

Anyways, a good alternate if you ever need one is Weavile. It has everything Absol has except a status inducing move(unless in Poison Jab you trust) and is frailer.

Drapion is also another choice, being bulkier than Absol and learning all the moves needed, although its choices of status are not as safe, either Toxic or confusion.
