Honestly surprised no one has done a set like this.

Pecharunt Stall/Sweep

Pecharunt @ Black Sludge / Leftovers
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Tera: Poison / Ghost
Modest Nature
- Malignant Chain
- Hex / Shadow Ball
- Recover
- Nasty Plot

Ok, so Pecharunt is actually a good sweeper, with 88 / 160 / 88 defenses, you can run Black Sludge or Leftovers on it. Ability and EVs are self-explanatory. Tera Poison for a boost in Malignant Chain and no damage on Black Sludge, or Tera Ghost for Hex boost and Leftovers heal. Modest Nature for a better damage output. Malignant Chain has a 50% chance to Toxic the opponent, which means almost every time you use this move you poison the target, pairing this with Poison Puppeteer (Confusing the Pokemon) and Hex (Base 120 Power) makes it something no Pokemon wants to face. The reason you would do Hex over Shadow Ball is because once the status occurs, you now have a base 120 Ghost STAB move. Recover for healing and Nasty Plot to boost SpA +2.

Hope you enjoy this moveset! :)

Pecharunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
EVs: 252 SpA / 200 Spe / 58 SpD
Modest Nature
- Poison Gas
- Fake Tears / Shadow Ball
- Malignant Chain
- Nasty Plot / Shadow Ball / Parting Shot

Poison gas an enemy that can be poisoned. You can use fake tears and then use malignant chain or use nasty plot to make pecharunt a deadly target for the enemy and while they hit pecharunt you can use something like gholdengo ( yes I'm assuming this is a dounle battle) to hit the weakend target mon. Shadow ball is ghost coverage while parting shot is for pivoting.

Now good luck trying find a counter for that (hint it will realy like being sent out when the opponent can't switch ther mons).

what's with the Speed EVs?
I ment spdef evs but I think I accidentally put speed
no, what is 200 Speed supposed to outspeed?
Why Poison gas and not Toxic? Toxic can't miss when used by a poison type, and badly poison is better than just poison.

Pecharunt @ Life Orb / Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
Tera Type: Poison / Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
- Malignant Chain
- Shadow Ball / Hex
- Recover
- Nasty Plot

88 Base special attack isn't great, so personally, I'd go Modest combined with Life Orb to guarantee an OHKO, but you can go Timid or Black Sludge (probably put some more EVs into bulk though, if you're running Black Sludge) Malignant Chain, because it's just a good move, 20% for BADLY poisoning and 100 base power with no drawbacks? Sludge Bomb is easily the second option though. You can run Shadow Ball or Hex, Hex if you plan on poisoning, Shadow Ball if not, and lastly, Recover is just a good move, and Nasty Plot is special Swords Dance, so it's naturally overpowered.

This is a big glass cannon set though, so if you prefer more bulky mons, look elsewhere. Also, I'm no Wolfe Glick, while I do have some competitive knowledge, I'm not an infallible genius.

Gen 9 Monotype Defensive Pivot (Ghost)

Pecharunt @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Malignant Chain
- Toxic
- Recover
- Parting Shot

With Hazard Stack Ghost being a thing in Monotype, Pecharunt can serve as a defensive pivot on those teams in Monotype. This set utilizes its utility moves and base 168 Defense. Malignant Chain is used for the Poison STAB since it lets it deal out damage while fishing for the 50% chance to badly poison opposing Pokemon. Toxic is used to guarantee the spreading of poisoning opposing Pokemon to wear them down. Thanks to its Ability, whenever Pecharunt poisons opposing Pokemon, the poisoned Pokemon gets confused, which could make this thing a bit more annoying. Recover is used to give Pecharunt reliable HP recovery, letting it stick around longer. Parting Shot lets Pecharunt switch out and lower the attacking stats of opposing Pokemon, which is useful to bring in breakers such as Nasty Plot Gholdengo and Swords Dance Ceruledge. Heavy-Duty Boots is used since this set is a defensive pivot, so it doesn't want to have to take chip damage from entry hazards.

Pecharunt @ Black Sludge / Life Orb
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
EVs: 252 SpA / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Tera Type: Ghost
Nature: Modest
- Toxic
- Hex
- Venoshock
- Protect / Recover

I really wish this guy had Taunt

Toxic is to poison, activate Poison Puppeteer and double the damage done by Hex and Venoshock. Protect works better with Black Sludge for more turns to heal and let poison take more HP from your opponent. Recover for Life Orb as your HP will be more vulnerable with it

You could also opt for Parting Shot instead of healing for when/if you're faced with a Pokemon that can't be poisoned

Poison is a type, not a nature. Also, the Special Defense and Speed EVs are divided incorrectly. You could do 200 SpD and 56 Spe.
Terrible formatting on my part. Will fix it, thanks
