Is Uxie any good in S/V?

Question

Literally today I got a shiny Uxie in Pokemon Go, so I'm curious if Uxie would be any good for the DLC and casual stuff. Basically, could it help with anything in S/V, is it transferrable to Violet, and are its stats good.

Uxie and the other Lake spirits are all relatively simple Pokemon with very limited movepools. There are much better options available

Uxie is one of the lake guardians which means it gets "Mystical Power." Mystical Power raises SpAtk, and has good base power.

It also gets yawn, and Giga drain (for healing), trick room, and Screens.

Mystical Power only works like that in Legends Arceus. In S/V, it always boosts SpA. Not saying Mystical Power is bad, just saying its different.
