What happened if you use an accuracy dropping move on a no guard Pokemon?

Question

I want to make a no guard team where one of my Pokemon will sand attack my own no guard Pokemon to get a lash out boost. Can someone explain what will happened?

note: my sand attack mon is faster than my no guard lash out mon
(sorry for bad english)

Lash Out will receive an increase in power because the No Guard Pokemon will receive an accuracy drop. However, this makes no impact on the No Guard's Pokemon actual accuracy, as every move targeting it and used by it are treated the same as Swift; they will never miss.
