I made a team around Mega Gyarados since it received crunch in ORAS.

Gyarados-Mega @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Crunch
This thing is insanely strong after one or two DDances and is reasonably bulky. Waterfall and Crunch are STAB and EQ is to destroy pesky Rotoms (Mold Breaker).

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
Good lead with Intimidate and U-turn. It also hits like a truck with 145 base attack.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Moonlight
- Moonblast
- Thunder Wave
Used for Special hits and utility. Unaware ignores stat changes. Heal Bell removes status from Gyarados such as burn or Paralysis.
NOTE: I KNOW SOFT-BOILED IS BETTER THANKS TO BEING MORE RELIABLE AND HAS MORE PP COMPARED TO MOONLIGHT BUT I MADE THIS TEAM IN GAME AND I COULD NOT GET MY HANDS ON A SOFT-BOILELD CLEFABLE BECAUSE ITS A GEN 3 TUTOR MOVE! IT IS ALSO INCOMPATIBLE WITH UNAWARE SINCE IT IS ITS HIDDEN ABILITY!

Thundurus @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 84 HP / 172 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
Excellent anti-lead. Prankster gives Taunt and T-Wave Priority. Volt switch forms VoltTurn with Landorus and Forretress. Flash cannon is pretty redundant on the set so if anyone can suggest another option, that would be great!

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD/4 SpA
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Magma Storm
- Protect
Sets up Stealth Rocks and utilises Magma Storm and Toxic to pile up residual damage and prevent switches. Protect is useful to stall or scout Choice Item users.

Forretress @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def /4 SpD
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
- Volt Switch
- Toxic Spikes
Great Physical Wall and Makes Great synergy with Heatran. Piles up Toxic Spikes and Spikes. Rapid Spin removes the opponents Hazards, which is an inconvenience for the team. Volt Switch, while weak on Forretress, is good for utility and getting a frail team member in safely.

Thanks for the advice!

Your team is great.
Thanks
Your team is quite good but here are a few things
- Gyro Ball is better then volt switch on fortress because you want to wall and you would have to switch out
-Don't have two hazards on Forrtress because there are barely chances you can set up both completely.
-Run Adamant on Landorus-Therian because with a choice scarf he already outspeeds a lot

It's a great team with a few problems
Thanks!
The suggestions are appreciated.
Forretress has a chance to use two hazards because of its huge physical bulk and can force switches on weak physical attackers such as ferrothorn, scizor, or pokemon that can't do much to forretress an its ONE weakness.

Volt switch is preferred on forretress because its attack stat is dismal and you only want volt switch to get out once its spinning and hazard setting is done. It also works towards the volt turn archetype of this team.

You are completely correct about landorus. the only reason i used jolly originally to outspeed other scarf users.
