Incineroar is used for intimidating physical attackers and has Choice Scarf to U-Turn out into another Pokemon. It also threatens out other Pokemon with STAB Flare Blitz and Knock Off, and Drain Punch is for coverage and health regain. Ferroseed is used as a hazard setter and has T-Wave to slow down threatening opponents. Hitmontop usually is going to switch in after Incineroar to get off a second Intimidate, and is made to tank attacks. And after that, Fake Out can be used to flinch the opponent. Substitute is used to take an extra hit, and health is slowly regenerated from the Leftovers. Vikavolt is meant to hit very hard with Bug and Electric STAB, and Hidden Power Fire takes on other Ferroseeds, Rotom, etc. Accelgor is meant to put out at least one layer of Toxic Spikes in addition to Ferroseed's hazards, and then when Unburden kicks in, it can either U-turn, or fire off a Bug Buzz, or use Knock Off to knock off an item. Palossand is meant to take a weak water hit (Aqua Jet?), and get a boost in attack, special attack, and defense from Water Compaction. These stats can be boosted further with Ancient Power, and also provides coverage. Earth Power and Shadow Ball are STAB moves, and HP Ice is for coverage.

Nice post. Some passing throughts:
- Leech Seed is a non-negotiable on Ferroseed I would have thought? Losing passive recovery from Leftovers would elevate its cause at least.
- One of Fake Out and Sucker Punch is not needed on Hitmontop, as they have too much overlap in their use. This set should have a way to capitalise on Substitute; maybe Bulk Up?
- Ground is more problematic for Vikavolt than Steel. I would run Energy Ball over HP Fire.
- Run Final Gambit and HP EVs on Accelgor. That set won't be doing any significant damage using normal moves, and Final Gambit lets you punish people who set up while you lay hazards.
- To my eye, Weakness Policy Palossand is a shaky win condition, though I have not played NU in months. Keep going with it if it's working for you, but if you were doubtful and wanted a second opinion, there's mine.
Don't use Hitmontop. Its low speed and HP and reliance on leftovers means it's easy to wear down with attacks and residual damage. Relatively weak physical attack and shallow movepool let many opponents stay in and attack Hitmontop while Hitmontop tries to do things like substitute or close combat. You should use Passimian instead. It has better stats and coverage moves and can use U-turn to reduce the need to predict switches.
