Okay, so, I have a Gen 8 NU Grassy Terrain Team, and it's been doing pretty good so far. The team actually started as an Acrhentype Core that I posted here. (Name is Zangoose 5000 if you want to view the core.)

Thwackey: (part of the archentype core)
Thwackey @ Terrain Extender
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Grassy Glide
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- U-turn

Grassy Surge is to have priority in Grassy Glide. Grassy Surge also helps with two members on this team. Grassy Glide is STAB, gets priority in Grassy Terrain, and gets a Grassy Terrain boost. Swords Dance to boost its attack stat. Drain Punch is for healing. U-Turn is for pivoting.

Swoobat: (part of the archentype core)
Swoobat @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Simple
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Giga Drain
- Heat Wave

One of the Pokemon that benefits from Grassy Terrain, despite it being part Flying Type. Grassy Seed doubles Swoobat's defense stat, contributing to Stored Power. Calm Mind to boost Special Attack and Special Defense. Stored Power is STAB and gets powerful the more I find opportunities to use Calm Mind. Giga Drain is for healing and can deal with Rock Types. Heat Wave is for Steel Types.

Lycanroc: (part of the archentype core)
Lycanroc @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Accelerock
- Swords Dance

Since Swoobat and Thwackey were weak Ice types, I added Lycanroc to deal with them. In turn, Thwackey and Swoobat helps to deal with Lycanroc's weaknesses. Close Combat is for steel types. Stone Edge is STAB. Accelrock is for priority and revenge killing. Swords Dance to boost its attack.

Sceptile:
Sceptile @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Acrobatics
- Drain Punch

I decided to added Unburden Sceptile since Grassy Seed activates in Grassy Terrain. Once Sceptile is on the field, almost nothing can stop it. Swords Dance to boost attack. Leaf Blade is STAB and gets a Grassy Terrain boost. Acrobatics gets double power when Grassy Seed is consumed. Drain Punch is for healing to avoid Sceptile's health staying in the red zone, where it's vulnerable to priority moves.

Centiskorch:
Centiskorch @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 120 SpD / 136 Spe
Careful Nature
- Fire Lash
- Power Whip
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Centiskorch absorbs fire attacks. It is also kind of a "status absorber". Fire Lash is STAB and lowers the opposing Pokémon's defense. Power Whip is for Water Types. Rest is so Centiskorch can take a status move such as Toxic, then heal it off. Sleep Talk so Centiskorch won't be vulnerable to attacks while asleep.

Mespirit:
Mesprit @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 Spe
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Psychic

Stealth Rock to have the opposing team take chip damage if they are not holding Heavy Duty Boots. U-Turn and Knock Off aren't meant for attacking purposes, but for crippling the opponent by removing their item(Knock Off) and pivoting.(U-Turn) Psychic is STAB.

Some problems I run into:
P/hazers: P/hazers can mess up the team, especially Swoobat and Sceptile, as Sceptile won't get the Unburden boost if I send it out only for it to be phazed.
Priority moves: Priority moves can get in the way of the team, especially when Sceptile's HP is in the red zone.
Please make suggestions to help me with those problems.

Team can also be found here on Pokepaste.
