Primeape @ Assault Vest
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Bulk Up
- Outrage
- Seed Bomb

Starting with an underrated Fighting type. Primeape will be a Physical Sweeper by setting up with Bulk Up, then striking with its other moves. I was going to use a Simple Swoobat instead of a Fighting Type, but then I decided that I was going to start with a Fighting type, so here we are. Once I can set up at least 3 Bulk Ups, I can use Close Combat, thanks to Assault Vest. AND, thanks to Close Combat, when I use it, my Defiant activates, so +2 in AtK when I use CC. I was thinking about a Set-Up with a Pokémon that can use Amnesia and Baton Pass, but I couldn't find any (if you can find one, pls let me know). Seed Bomb can be used when Victini's Air Balloon pops, or Ferrothorn can use Power Whip. Outrage can cover for Dragalge.

Dragalge @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump
- Sludge Bomb
- Toxic Spikes

Dragalge is without a doubt, my favorite Dragon Type. Dragalge is going to run Choice Scarf and Adaptability. Draco Meteor and Sludge Bomb for STAB, and just in case. Toxic Spikes for Set-Up with Choice Scarf, and Hydro Pump because why not? Dragalge will be a Pokémon that opponent thinks is slow, but ends up (hopefully) out speeding most of their Pokémon.

Ferrothorn @ Flame Orb
Ability: Anticipation
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Power Whip
- Facade
- Swords Dance
- Thunder Wave

Instead of Iron Barbs Rocky Helmet switch/Set-Up, I decided that what I was going to do is give Ferrothorn Flame Orb, so I can set-up with Swords Dance on the first turn, Burn Activates, and Facade does has more than 200 base damage (i think?). Plus with 252 in AtK, it can do a lot of damage. Or if something goes wrong, I can quit with the Set-Up, switch to Clefable, and Use Aromatherapy (for when I chicken out). I decided to run Thunder Wave on Ferrothorn to make it so that Ferrothorn can out speed most of the Opponents Mons.

Victini @ Air Balloon
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 8 HP / 248 Atk / 252 SpA
Hasty Nature
- Fusion Flare
- Fusion Bolt
- Flame Charge
- Grass Knot

Victini is going to run Air Balloon for Ground Type switch-in. Also, I don't really see why people aren't using Fusion Flare/Bolt strats. One gets powered if you use the other one first, so just spam both lol. Flame Charge can be used for Speed Building, and Grass Knot because Victini is lightweight, so it can do big damage based on the opponents Pokémon.

Clefable @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Ice Beam
- Aromatherapy
- Shadow Ball

Enter Clefable, one of my all time favorite Fairy Types. I tried to make it like my Clefable in SW, but it's competitively built, so I decided to make my own Clefable. Clefable is going to run Magic Guard and Rocky Helmet, so when the opponent uses a Physical Move, Clefable will be Defensively Built and ready. Plus Switch-In strats, for when the opponent is going to use a special move. I have Moonblast for STAB, Ice Beam for Dragalge's Dragon Weakness, or Moonblast whenever I feel like it. Aromatherapy to clear statuses, for example when Primeape gets confused, I can switch in for Clefable and Aromatherapy my team, so then Primeape will be good to go next time it's sent out. Plus Shadow Ball because why not?

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Gentle Nature
- Drill Peck
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Detect

My last Pokémon Zapdos, will be my Specially Defensive Pokémon, or at least that's what it says when you give it these moves and Leftovers. Zapdos will have Roost for Healing Strats, Detect for when the battle is getting tough, so I'll switch in and use Detect and Roost, one after the other. Drill Peck for Flying STAB, and Thunderbolt for Electric STAB. I was thinking about switching Thunderbolt for Thunder, but I wasn't so sure of myself, so I decided for Thunderbolt instead.

Feel free to absolutely roast me.

Fusion Flare/Bolt only get boosted when the other is used in the same turn, which is impossible in single battles. Primeape is not good when you've got Pokemon like Kommo-o, Lopunny-Mega, and Hawlucha that are actually viable in OU. Ferrothorn is not an attacker, you really shouldn't use it as one. Detect adds nothing to Zapdos, Hurricane > Drill Peck (but Hidden Power [Ice] and Heat Wave are both better options), and Discharge > Thunderbolt.

Your other sets are pretty bad too, but I don't know enough about Gen 7 OU to comment on them. I recommend reading https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/usum-ou-ultra-viability-ranking-thread.3621329/ for a better grasp on the metagame.
Sorry if the following is harsh, but you need to be told.
Stop mixing and matching Pokemon with roles, and stop making "underrated"/"creative" movesets. Based upon this post, you clearly do not understand the metagame well enough to know when experimentation is warranted or when it's likely to work. Try again when you're able to justify your choices in any way except "x move is for STAB and y move is for healing".
There are reasons why choices like Primeape, Scarf Dragalge and Facade Ferrothorn have not caught on. If you don't know what those reasons are, then you need to do some reading. If you do know, then you need to explain why you're still using these sets instead of the alternatives (that is, explain why they are *better*) -- otherwise you're just wasting people's time.
You're using Assault Vest + Bulk Up, so you clearly didn't bother to playtest this either.
Bulk Up doesn't work with Assault Vest.
Flame Orb is horrible on Pokemon without Guts.
Fusion Flare/Bolt doesn't double when used after each other on different turns.
Zapdos is mixed and has Detect.
Don't really know about this but is Choice Scarf and Toxic Spikes bad?
