mish-mash (Breloom) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Effect Spore
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Mach Punch
- Focus Punch
- Spore

Mach Punch is a good STAB move that can revenge kill weakened opponents. Focus Punch is a much stronger move and can even 2HKO resists if you can predict a switch. Spore can enable a Focus Punch and generally help the team as a lead. HP Bug is for Psychic switch-ins and generally Celebi.

knock-off (Tyranitar) (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Lum Berry can stop any attempts to Sleep, Paralyze or Burn Tyranitar to try to end a sweep. Dragon Dance is the standard setup move, and it benefits a lot from the Speed boost to outspeed common 90-100 base Speed Pokémon. Rock Slide is good STAB, and sometimes wins me a game with a lucky flinch. Earthquake is great coverage, hitting Magneton and other Steel types like Metagross. Brick Break is for other Tyranitars, but one time I tried Ice Beam but never really ran into a Flygon or anything so I decided to remove it.

draco sausage (Salamence) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 56 Atk / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Brick Break

Mixed Sausage Dragon set, Fire Blast and Earthquake is for coverage, Brick Break is for Tyranitar. Dragon Claw is good STAB. EVs are kinda wonky and I wanted to balance out the attacking stats.

twinkle twinkle (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 224 HP / 252 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 2 Atk / 30 SpA
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave
- Ice Punch
- Hidden Power [Grass]

The EVs are from Smogon's guessed spread, so I don't know what it's supposed to outspeed. Psychic is very strong STAB but I used to use Wish but it wasn't really supporting the team that much anyways, but maybe I'll use Wish again. Thunder Wave cripples fast Pokémon. Ice Punch is coverage but I might change it to something that covers Fire types. HP [Grass] will cover Ground types, but generally to kill Swampert.

the D.U.C.K (Porygon2) @ Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 4 SpA / 52 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Recover
- Toxic

Bulky Wall. Ice Beam kills Salamence, Flygon, Dugtrio and the like. The EV spread is the sample set from Smogon. The moveset is just a variation of the Smogon set. Toxic is used over Thunder Wave to kill walls over time.

shadow tagged (Gengar) (M) @ Spell Tag
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Focus Punch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Explosion
- Shadow Ball

PHYSICAL GENGAR BABYYYY!!! If I can predict a Tyranitar switch-in, I use Focus Punch and BAM! Tyranitar is gone. I might change it to Brick Break to be safer from Pursuit variations of Tyranitar, but Brick Break is always a 2HKO on Tyranitar. Will-O-Wisp ruins all the Physical Pokemon, and Explosion kills a lot of Pokemon. Shadow Ball is nice STAB that OHKO's most Gengar.

Other variations are:
Swellow Team
Dodrio Team

How can I improve this team?

The 32 speed on Jirachi is meant for Max Speed Jolly Tyranitar. This team is also very scared by DD Tar if Breloom goes down, so I reccomend keeping it safe if you think the opponent may have DD Tar. This team also doesnt have a good switch-in to special attackers, especially offensive Starmie and offensive Suicune.
Changes I reccomend:
1. HP Grass over Earthquake on Salamence. HP Grass hits the very common Swampert hard. EQ doesnt hit anything notable that your other moves don't.
2. The current Jirachi set gets hardwalled by Blissey and Skarmory, which is very bad in ADV. I reccomend changing to Calm Mind 3 attacks (see Smogon sample set). I reccomend the following EVs on it: 248 HP / 40 Def / 180 SpA / 40 Spe (see Smogon analysis for explanations).
3. Consider HP Ghost over HP Bug to be able to hit Gengar.
4. This team doesnt synergize very well with Gengar(especially physical sets) and badly needs a switch-in to special attackers like Starmie. I propose replacing Gengar with Snorlax.
5. Consider leading with Salamence/ Tyranitar instead of Breloom.
6. Consider HP Fighting over Toxic on P2 to hit DD Tar. Run 56 attacks EVs and a Relaxed nature on it if you do so.

what are the extra Speed EVs for Jirachi & Snorlax for? I know 32 Speed outspeeds TTar but where do the extra 8 come from?
1. The extra 8 EVs on Jirachi  are meant to speed creep other pokemon who are also running the 244 speed benchmark.
2. The 8 speed EVs on Snorlax allow it to outspeed paralysed Jolteon and Aerodactyl.
