Belle (Milotic) @ Leftovers
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 24 HP/ 232 Def/ 200 SpA/ 52 SpD
Tera: Fairy
Quiet Nature
-Recover/ Protect
-Alluring Voice
-Ice Beam
-Scald
Protect to stall for Leftovers recovery, and is the best move in the game. Alluring Voice techs Dark and Dragon types who try to set up (Kingambit). You also get a STAB boost if you choose to Terastallize. Recover is self-explanatory if you leave behind Amoonguss. Ice Beam is another reliable coverage option. Scald is back and better than ever, giving Milotic a buff in physical survivability, and a very reliable STAB option. Very specifically Quiet Nature as I will explain later. EVs help survivability and help her hit hard. She really is a funny girl, that Belle.

Gaston (Tornadus-I) @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 240 HP/ 120 Def/ 24 SpA/ 120 SpD
Tera: Water
Calm Nature
-Tailwind
-Protect
-Rain Dance
-Bleakwind Storm
Support Torn set. Tailwind to help with speed control. Rain Dance as a secondary rain setter if you leave Politoed behind. Protect is the best move in VGC. And Bleakwind Storm ignores accuracy in Rain, hits hard, and can drop speed. EVs for bulk, Covert Cloak to ignore stat drops from other 'mons, and Water Tera to survive Adamant, Max Attack, Choice Band, Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R no sweat (4-5HKO). My what a guy that Gaston.

LeFou (Politoed) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 128 HP/ 252 Def/ 128 SpD
Tera: Grass
Bold Nature
-Helping Hand
-Protect
-Weather Ball
-Earth Power
Supporting Rain Setter. Drizzle with Damp Rock makes Rain stay around a LONG time. EVs for tanking hits. Tera Grass makes you resist Amoonguss. Helping Hand to boost your partners power. Protect because it's the best move in the game. Weather Ball is a solid 100 BP move in Rain that gives you STAB and hits HARD. Earth Power to smack Amoonguss around, and techs Electric Types. You need encouragement? Please thank LeFou.

The Beast (Incineroar) @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP/ 52 Atk/ 108 Def/ 108 SpD/ 84 Spe
Tera: Poison
Adamant Nature
-Fake Out
-Parting Shot
-Knock Off
-Flare Blitz/ Tera Blast
Incineroar is just GOOD. Intimidate boosts it's already good Defense. Safety Goggles helps him resist Amoonguss. Tera Poison resists Flutter Mane, and you can pack Tera Blast to surprise Flutter Mane (2HKO; OHKO if Tera Fairy). Flare Blitz is STAB (Rain nerfs it's power but that's okay). Parting Shot makes you annoying, and you can get a partner in safely. If you want to Parting Shot Milotic, to get a +3 SpA boost with Competitive, the Speed Evs help it speed-creep Milotic. Fake Out pressures the opponent, and Knock Off is reliable utility. You can't kill this Beast.

Lumiere (Archaludon) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Stamina
EVs: 56 HP/ 252 SpA/ 200 SpD
Tera: Steel
Modest Nature
-Electro Shot
-Flash Cannon
-Dragon Pulse
-Body Press
I actually really love this set. In rain, Electro Shot executes in one turn, also giving you +1 is SpA each turn. Evs let it tank hits and deal them out, hard. Stamina boost the absurd power of Body Press EVERYTIME you're hit with a move. Assault Vest boosts the rather sad SpD of everyone's favorite bridge (65 RIP). Tera Steel resists Flutter Mane, and makes Flash Cannon hit really hard. Dragon Pulse for a STAB option. Ignore him, and you lose. Be our guest.

Mrs. Potts (Amoonguss) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP/ 60 Def/ 196 SpD
Tera: Grass
Calm Nature
-Rage Powder
-Spore
-Pollen Puff
-Protect
Standard Amoonguss. All Evs in bulk, obviously. Rocky Helmet counters and discourages physical contact. Tera Grass so it can continue to do Amoonguss things (you AREN'T going to want to Tera Amoonguss though). Rage Powder for redirection, Spore is disruptive and VERY annoying. Pollen Puff for chip (not the teacup), or to heal up your teammates. Protect (once again) is the best move in VGC.

It's a rainy day, nothing left to say, Beauty and the Beast.
