3 Attack Sun Sweeper

Lilligant-Hisui (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Victory Dance / Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Ice Spinner / Tera Blast
- Close Combat

Hisuian Lilligant is a very strong attacker that can sweep teams if given the opportunity. Chlorophyll is strongly recommended regardless of Lilligant's role due to the extreme unreliability of Hustle. Victory Dance allows Lilligant to set up both in and out of sun, but Swords Dance takes advantage of Lilligant's time in the sun more, allowing it to set up faster without worrying about speed. Leaf Blade is strong Grass STAB. Ice Spinner hits threatening Pokemon like Dragonite and Dragapult, but Tera Blast Fire gets powered up in the sun and hits relevant Pokemon such as Corviknight and Gholdengo. Close Combat is strong Fighting STAB.

Gen 9 NU Sun Sweeper

Lilligant-Hisui @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Victory Dance
- Solar Blade
- Close Combat
- Tera Blast

Basically the set fwoofy posted, but with a stronger Grass STAB and a different Tera Type for Tera Blast. This set is used for Sun teams in Gen 9 NU since Hisuian Lilligant is somehow NU at the time this was posted. Victory Dance is used to boost Hisuian Lilligant's Attack, Defense, and Speed, making it a scary cleaner if given the opportunity to setup. Solar Blade is Hisuian-Lilligant's strongest STAB move, being a 125 BP move that can be used in one turn while sun is up, dealing quite of bit of damage to resists who don't 4x resist Grass-moves. Close Combat is used for a powerful Fighting STAB that folds up Steel-types such as Registeel and Copperajah as if they were lawn chairs, punishing them for trying to pivot into Solar Blade. (Though Copperajah takes a bit over half from the large piece of grass after a +1 attack boost) Tera Blast Ghost may sound like a weird option over Tera Blast Fire, but it is useful in the current NU meta. Tera Blast Ghost lets Hisuian Lilligant hit Pokemon who resist its STAB moves such as Delphox, Chandelure, Galarian Slowbro, Dragalge, and Thundurus. Tera Ghost is also useful on the NU ladder, where ladder likes to use Ambipom and Hitmontop, both using priority moves, so being able to stop a random Fake Out is pretty nice. The given Speed EVs allow Hisuian Lilligant to outspeed Unburden Hitmonlee while sun is up. The 36 HP EVs are honestly just filler. You could also do something like 100 HP / 252 Atk / 156 Spe to give Hisuian Lilligant enough speed to outspeed non Choice Scarf Chandelure, as Hisuian Lilligant can afford to not run 252 Speed EVs since it has Victory Dance and Chlorophyll.

Hisuian Lilligant @ Life Orb
Tera: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk/200 Spe/56 SpD
Ability: Chlorophyll
Adamant Nature
-Victory Dance
-Leaf Blade
-Axe Kick
-Synthesis/Tera Blast

Victory Dance is basically the physical equivalent to quiver dance and thus making it extremely good
Leaf blade and Axe Kick are really good STAB moves
Synthesis is for when you use a teammate that can set up the sun to heal way more than usual or tera blast for coverage

VGC:

Lilligant-Hisui (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- After you
- Solar Blade
- Sleep Powder
- Close Combat

An amazing torkoal partner, forming the infamous lillikoal strategy. Drought increases lilligants speed, allowing it to after you into torkoal with tera fire eruptions. Tera Ghost is there to stop fake out. if they open with a fake out user, to be very safe you can tera ghost, protect with torkoal, and sleep powder something. It's 2 attacks are just filler.

My favorite flower to use in NDUU.
Lilligant-Hisui (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Victory Dance
- Substitute
- Leaf Blade

It's pretty obvious what this set does. Sleep your foe, substitute, then start v-dancing. It's best to trap your opponent first, so they can't sleep. Leaf blade can be replaced with close combat, but sap sipper users are much less common than ghost types/teras. The ability also doesn't matter, but don't use hustle. Use chlorophyll if you want a speed boost in sun, and leaf guard if you hate prankster users.
