Double Dance Sweeper

Braviary-Hisui @ Leftovers
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Water / Fairy
EVs: 160 HP / 168 Def / 180 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Dazzling Gleam / Roost

Hisuian Braviary is another Pokemon with access to Stored Power, and serves a niche with its ability Tinted Lens, powering up not very effective moves. Leftovers is the preferred item for longevity. 160 HP EVs provides general bulk as well as allowing Braviary to switch into Stealth Rock four times while it isn't Tera'd. 168 Defense EVs provides physical bulk, as Braviary should be fine on the special side after a couple of Calm Minds. 180 Speed EVs allows Braviary to outspeed max speed Dragapult after one Agility. Agility and Calm Mind allow Braviary to boost its stats. Stored Power takes advantage of stat boosts. Dazzling Gleam makes sure you don't get completely walled by Dark types, but Roost provides the reliable recovery Braviary is looking for, as Braviary is pretty vulnerable to revenge killing without access to common HP-draining moves like Draining Kiss. Tera Water / Tera Fairy provides a defensive backbone, and can even boost the power of Dazzling Gleam if it isn't doing enough damage for you.

Gen 9 Monotype Substiute + Roost

Braviary-Hisui (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 172 HP / 84 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Esper Wing
- Hurricane
- Roost

A SubRoost set Hisuian Braviary can use on Psychic teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Substitute allows Hisuian Braviary to scout opposing Pokemon and can let it dodge status conditions. Esper Wing is used for the Psychic STAB since it boosts Hisuian Braviary's speed every time you use it. Hurricane is used for a powerful Flying STAB as long as you land it. Roost is used to let Hisuian Braviary have a way to recover HP. Heavy-Duty Boots is used as the item to prevent Hisuian Braviary from taking Stealth Rock damage. Tinted Lens is the Ability to make Hisuian Braviary's attacks harder to switch into since it can hit resists for more damage. Calm Mind is a possibility on this set, though you would probably have to forgo Hurricane in order to slot it in.

252 Speed EVs with Timid Nature is used to give Hisuian Braviary as much speed as possible. 172 HP EVs makes Hisuian Braviary's HP 404, allowing it to create 101 HP Substitutes. The rest of the EVs are used in Special Attack to give Hisuian Braviary's attacking moves some more power.

H-Braviary is a great stallbreaker.
Don't get me wrong, it has 2 monstrously overpowered abilities, and then great movepool + great stab + great stats + ABSOLUTELY BROKEN SIGNATURE MOVE makes up quite a formidable bird.
(cues me laughing at bird)

Gen 9 OU (or ru in my predictions) Bulky Specs:
Braviary-Hisui (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 52 HP / 252 SpA / 40 SpD / 164 Spe
Modest Nature
- Esper Wing
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- U-turn

I've tried this out myself. This hits monstrously hard. 53% damage done to magearna with Esper Wing. Once this thing starts going on it with the esper wing speed boosts, it'll be really hard to stop unless you have a dark type.

I recommend not using sheer force on this set because it nullifies the effects of esper wing. So tinted lens it is.
For the EVs, this is really complicated, so I'll explain this to you.

52 HP/ 40 SPD is to make sure we aren't afraid of Glimmora or any single lead in the game. I like to position h-braviary as a suicide lead sweeper, since esper wing is absolutely monstrous.
252 SPATK is just needed to make it hit hard.
Now here's the 164 spe part.
Its to make sure we outspeed H-Lilligant, H-Samurott, both forms of Thunderus, Zapdos, and Zarude. And in this case, its made so we outspeed most of them by exactly one when you have +1 on your speed from esper wing.

Moves are self explanatory.

That's about it I guess.

(will edit more sets in after I experiment a bit in the metagame)

Gen 9 NU Agility + Sheer Force

Braviary-Hisui @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility
- Psychic
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave

The Agility + Sheer Force set that uses Hisuian Braviary's other good Ability. This set should be used in Gen 9 NU on offensive teams. Agility is used to boost HIsuian Braviary's speed so it can outspeed Pokemon it usually wouldn't. Psychic is used for the Psychic STAB since it is the strongest Psychic move HIsuian Braviary has that gets boosted by Sheer Force. With Sheer Force + Life Orb, Hurricane becomes a really powerful Flying STAB that most Pokemon won't want to switch into should Hurricane land. You can use Air Slash for better accuracy, but the power difference between Air Slash and Hurricane is noticeable. Heat Wave is a nice coverage move that hits Steel-types such as Copperajah, Klefki, Alolan Sandslash, and Bronzong super effectively. Heat Wave also gets boosted by Sheer Force, making it more powerful. Tera Fire is used to make Heat Wave a STAB move and allows Hisuian Braviary to OHKO Brute Bonnet without having to rely on Hurricane landing. Timid Nature is used over Modest Nature since Timid Nature lets Hisuian Braviary outspeed Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Bruxish, Tauros-Paldea-Aqua, and Flamigo after an Agility.
