Most of these ev spreads look really random. It's generally better to max out your hp on most defensive pokemon (with the exception of the Chansey line). A lot of these pokemon are also completely outclassed in sm ou(such as Forretress and Sylveon are completely outclassed in sm ou and should be replaced. For example,  Sylveon doesn't counter any of the dragon types in ou, it's outclassed on offense by Tapu Lele and on defense by Clefable.
I'll try to keep the original concept of the team intact in my rate though.
Thank you for ur guidance but would plz tell me which pokemon needs to have their ev spread changed,Cdijk16?

I tried to keep the original concept of the team intact, which i'm assuming is Zard Y + Rapid Spin Bulky Offense. I didn't replace more than 3 pokemon for thst reason.
Major Changes
Lycanrock-Dusk -> Choice Band Tyranitar
Tyranitar can use pursuit to trap and heavily weaken or KO common checks to Mega Charizard Y such as Mega Latias, Mega Latios and Chansey. It's also a much better wallbreaker than Lycanrock-Dusk, having higher attack, access to pursuit and much better bulk. It also sets sand to support Excadrill.
Forretress -> Excadrill
Excadrill is much more offensively threatening than Forretress and better at keeping rocks off as as a result. It can also sweep late game with sand up.
Sylveon-> Heatran
It provides a switchin to Tapu Lele and sets up Stealth Rock. It also pressures bulky teams with Pex and Chansey, which Mega Charizard Y appreciates.
Minor Changes
1. Replaced Air Slash on Zard Y with Focus Blast to hit Tyranitar and Heatran.
2. Replaced Dragon Pulse with Roost for more longevity.
3. Changed EV spread on Gastrodon to be more bulky.
4. Replaced Earth Power with Earthquake to hit CM Magearna.
5. Replaced IB with Toxic for Rotom Wash.

Thank you but how I am going to hit dragon types and fighting types like Keldeo  and Terrakion  without sylveon ?
Swap out Gastrodon for Tapu Fini maybe? That's what I would've done if I could swap out more than 3 pokemon.
I'd say you should put this as the best answer TBH
